A start-up company in the field of blockchain seeking a Country Account & Social Community Managers in the following languages Korean & English.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Providing service to our local and international customers via mails, phone or messengers, including social community management.
• Understanding and investigating customer’s problem, collecting all the required information to resolve the customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that the issue was resolved.
• Follow up on SLA delivery.

Requirements:
• Native Korean
• Experience in customer service and social marketing - an advantage.
• Knowledge of crypto and blockchain - an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in managing critical customer situations, escalations and work under stressful environment.
• High level of attention to details to ensure that each customer’s needs are met.
• Ability to respond to customer correspondence in an appropriate manner.
